Application by Fresh Undergraduate Students . Consideration shall be given only to applicants who have paid registration fees for the session.

Application by Returning Undergraduate Students. Consideration shall be given only to applicants who have enrolled for the session.

Allocation of bed-spaces is strictly on first-come, first-serve basis with the following status taken into consideration.

  1. Students with Special Needs or Health Challenges (as recommended by the Director, Health Services)
  2. Indigent Student (as recommended by Counselling Unit)
  3. Foreign Students
  4. Final Year Students (including students returning from SIWES and FPY).
  5. Fresh Students
  6. 200L-500L Students (Non-Final Year)
  7. Biological children of Staff
  8. Outstanding Sportsmen and Women (on the recommendation of the Director of Sports)
  9. Student Union / Hall Executive
  10. Student with CGPA of 4.5 and above
  11. Special consideration for a Staff
